Want a suggestion? Get some real people to support this product who know how to treat people.

I called 3 times in the last 2 weeks and was able to get through to a support rep. Today, I called and some ignorant lady answered the phone and was as rude as possible.

What is wrong with you people?!?! Where is the support?!?!?
