create a new account problem

i'm using plesk 7.03 for win 2003.
when i add client and domain: my server said:
Unable to send notification: Unable to send notification: mail() failed: Failed to connect to mailservers at &quot:localhost" port25, verify your &quost;SMTP" and" smtp_port" setting in php.ini or use ini_set()

What's the nameservers of my servers? where's address for change dns?

make sure the smtp port 25 is running...if not..restart all the mail enable services or even reboot the server so that all the connections are refreshed.
