Resolved create a subdomain but you can not see it in the browser

As the title says, when creating a subdomain in plesk I give it to see subdomain in the browser and it tells me that it does not exist, I do not know what can be happening, what am I leaving?

Looks like that the problem in subdomain hostname resolving. I'd suggest you check your DNS settings for this domain/subdomain.

hello, thanks for your help, I really think you are right for the dns problem, since I plesk the creation but I use the management of my provider and that is where I have to add these dns.
But I do not know what registers I should add if I just want to see the content ie without having mail, etc ...
