Create DB folder behind httpdocs folder??

I am a HELM user and just started using plesk7.5 for windows on a new W2K server (and really like what plesk has to offer). I am trying to understand how in plesk I can set up a database folder behind the httpdocs folder so that it is secure. I have read a lot of threads on here about it but none seem to have THE answer - there are various 'create a password protected directory" but that's NOT what I want, and yes I could do it manually for every new domain that is created, but then why would you be using plesk in the first place if you have to do it manually? Can anyone help me on this please as most other things I've seen with plesk seem REAALY good but this is a major issue to me...

    Many Thanks
