create subdomains behind a firewall

hello,

my plesk server is behind a firewall, so my maschine have a private ip (like. 192.168.100.1). i work with a dns template,so if i create a new domain i get the right public ip.

BUT, if a client create a subdomain, plesk use the private ip. is it possible to create a subdomain-template to?

where can i do that?
