I use Plesk 11 on my Debian 6 root server. I created several websites (subscriptions). All of my domains point to my server IP and everything is fine with that, I can call each website by using different domains.
But now I want to create some domain aliases. For example I want to create aliasdomain.com as an alias for domain.com. There is also another domain, let's say maindomain.com. But when I call aliasdomain.com, I get redirected to the server's main domain (i.e. maindomain.com), which is set as the default site for the IP. But that's not the reason, this also occurs when not setting a default site.
Why am I not redirected to the site, for which the alias is set for? This worked on my old server, but there I had one IP per website (subscription).
