Creating a plesk theme ..

Hey guys

I got assigned by my company to create a plesk theme, i searched but could not find any documentation on this subject on the site, and the forums.

Now i know its possible, it sais so in the plesk description:

Retooled Plesk Interface – Redesigned cleaner and easier to use - Plesk again sports a new "XP Reloaded" interface with an additional Aqua skin and even the option for users to create their own skins and manage them in the browser-based interface. In addition the Admin is now a client of the system and can act as the default client for the entire server making shared hosting setup even easier.

I havent tried to look in plesk yet .. i tend to look dor some documentation before i go and temper with a working plesk online.

So, am i overlooking something here?, can someone guide me in the right direction?
