Creating customers under resellers from the admin account

Hello,

How do I create a customer account under a reseller account when I am logged in as admin? I can't seem to find how to do this.

Scenario:

My reseller John wants me to create a client account under his account for Jack as John is away on other business. I cannot create the account for Jack under John's account without knowing/reselleting John's password.

If this is indeed not possible, please move this to the suggestions section.
