Creating FTP accounts

Hello,

I am new to Plesk.
I need to set up my account to host 2 sites and am trying to create FTP access.

(I need to upload all files before I transfer domains)

site one one has one domain alias
site two has 2 domains pointing to it and one subdomain.

cben.net & cadblocks.net
cadbot.com & cadbot.net & my.cadbot.com

Where can I find FTP setup?
Any help appreciated.

Once you login to plesk, and create the default client, you can start creating domains. During the domain creation is when you are prompted for the ftp info.
You dont mention what version of Plesk or distro, but here is the docs page for 7.5 *nix:

Partial success

I was able to create ftp accounts for both my sites but I can not log into one.
I checked 100x the configuration but can not find where the problem is located.
