Creation new email by PHP script

Hi,
I've used your API for the creation of new email in Plesk by Php script and they work very good but I have a problem: after that I've created a new email, i can't access to the webmail (AfterLogic WebMail Pro 7.0), but if I go in the plesk (11.0.9) panel and I change the password of the email, I can access.
Any suggestions?

Do you have the same problem when you use default Plesk webmails like Horde, Roundcube or Atmail?
