Creations notice - server is not sending

I just installed plesk on a new server (OS fedora core 5).
When I creat a new client, I dont recieve the creation notice in mail. I have not yet added domains and testet if webmail works. But at least I should recieve the mail from the client creation..??

Just in case, check if such sort of notification is enabled in Plesk admin CP -> Server -> NOtifications section.
This can be also mail problem. Make sure that mail works on the server at all.
