• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello, good morning

After a few days of having bought a PLESK license for my server, everything was going perfectly, but today the update system asks me for a user and a password that I don't remember.

Could you tell me what it could be or how I can fix it?

It didn't happen to me before, I did it directly.

I'm attaching screenshots.

Thank you, have a good weekend. Merry Christmas!!
Luis

Hello! Such behavior may happen if Plesk installer process stuck. Please try the following steps:
  1. Connect to the server via SSH
  2. Stop any existing Plesk installer process:
    # plesk installer stop
  3. Log in to Plesk GUI
  4. Open again Updates and Upgrades page going to Tools & Settings > Updates
Please let me know if the issue still persists.
