Hello, good morning.

I'm learning a lot about PLESK, and I don't know what happened. The installer has been misconfigured.

And I get this message:
Unable to log you in. Check whether you entered the correct login name and password, and that the user account exists in the system.

I'm attaching a screenshot.

This has never happened to me before, but I don't know what the password is for the root user.

If you could help me, I'd appreciate it.

Hello, Luis. In order to begin the Plesk installation you are required to provide the server root password. If the process was interrupted and you didn't get to create the admin account during the post-installation configuration, I cannot think of another way for logging apart from using the root account. Can you double-check with the server provider if they can reset the root password for you?
