It's an issue with Juggernaut Firewall and the discontinued CSF (ConfigServer).
Juggernaut (Danami) says:

We are going to be releasing an update to Juggernaut Firewall near the end of this week which will update CSF to the new version 15.00 which will fix this. Moving forward we will be providing and hosting CSF updates directly. For now you can just disable the CSF auto update script using this command:

juggernaut --task=firewall:initial --AUTO_UPDATES=0 --restart=yes
