Issue Cron task says completed successfully but it hasn't

Please help, I get a successful message saying successfully completed in 0 seconds.

Task "/opt/plesk/php/7.3/bin/php /var/www/vhosts/bnhere.co.uk/httpdocs artisan schedule:run >> /dev/null 2>&1" successfully completed in 0 seconds.


The task has not been completed?!
