Hello everyone,

i have a very important problem with my plesk panel and subdomains.

i can create a subdomain with no problem and appears properly within the plesk, however whe you try to visit the link it is not working at all.

checked all the dns settings (nothing personally found wrong), reboot the server but still nothing.

the url is www.makoptimus.com and the subdomain is senseandsensibility.makoptimus.com

Would really appreciate to if someone can finally help me.

Best Regards,
Nekmak

Same issue

Hi Igor,

Same issue here. I create subdomains on Plesk 11 servers and the DO NOT WORK.

I do the same on Plesk 10 and it works like a charm, instantly.

I tested on various servers. This seems like a common issue.

Any ideas?

Same issue

Seems like after upgrading to Plesk 11 that the subdomains got lost in the shuffle.

I can visit subdomains of existing sites no problem, but when going into Plesk, they don't show up under the domain account. If I create a new subdomain it shows and works and can be deleted.

Any ideas? Seems like a bug to me.
