Question curl upgrade to 7.54 on centos 6.7

hi

i want to update curl to 7.54 on mine centos 6.7 plesk 12.5.30 current version of curl is 7.19.7
i've already tried yum update curl.x86_64
it still stays on 7.19.7

any suggestion is welcome

Plesk does not ship "curl" and it is not a Plesk product or component.
