Custom Button Configuration

When I create a new button ALL the check boxes are disabled. I need to have them enabled so I can set the button properties. I am logged in as admin. Please advise.

This problem is still not resolved. Is there something I am doing wrong that makes the check boxes disabled? I would really appreciate some help here.

If you are attempting to create a button that is on the Administrators desktop or Navigation panel then all of the check boxes will be disabled becuase you can not use any of those items for the page.

The only places you can create a custom button that has checkboxes enabled for user/client/domain/etc info to be pased to the page is for Domain Owner's desktop or Client's Desktop.
