Custom button options not correctly displayed

Hey,

when i add a new custom button to my admin desktop i can't click on any of the listed options because they're not correctly displayed / interpreted by the browser:

FTP-Login einschließen &ftp_user=<ftp_user>
FTP-Passwort einschließen &ftp_pass=<ftp_pass>

Firmenname des Kunden einfügen &cname=<cname>
Kontaktname des Kunden einfügen &pname=<pname>

Anybody here with the same problem and / or a solution?!
