• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Custom Buttons not Clickable if "Open in Control Panel" set

Hi,

We have upgraded to Plesk 7.5.5 from 7.5.3

We had a set of Custom buttons that were set to open their "windows" within the Plesk Control Panel. (This option is set within the options for each custom button)

In 7.5.5 these buttons display but are greyed out. If we untick the "Open in Control Panel" option they work correctly, just pop open a new window which we would like to avoid if possible.

Nothing in the 7.5.6 release notes indicate that this is something that has been fixed.

Has anyone else had the problem, or have a work around?

Thanks

Paul

It seems to bug in Plesk. Try to contact with SWsoft support.

it did not happen on our test environment, which we have upgraded from 7.5.4 to 7.5.6 through the patch.

Have you opened a ticket on this with Plesk Support? Can you please update the forum on the issue?

Thanks.
