Custom-Buttons still appear though they were deleted

New Pleskian
Hi altogether,

I have some special problem with Plesk Panel. I use version 11.5.30 Update #32 on Ubuntu 10.04.04 LTS 64bits.

In a previous 10.x Version I added a custom-button (and a logo and link) for my own domain name registration service.
(Goto: Tools & Settings -> Panel Appearance -> Custom Buttons)
This worked well so far until I had to delete it.

From now on the button still appeared on the "Website&Domains" Page though it was deleted.
After the update to 11.x I recognized that the button was still there, so updating the panel did not help.

Unfortunately it got even worse because now the button appeared up to 5 (!) times.
(Please see the 3 pictures attached to see what I mean)

Can anyone help me out?

Thanks and regards, Harry.

The first picture is from Service Plans -> Additional Services to show you there is no button configured!

This is the Custom-Button setting which has just one properly working button.

And the last picture shows you the problem...

Hi alltogether,

I could solve it by myself. It's quite easy if you look at the commandline reference...
First I tried to find out where these custom buttons are stored inside the psa database.
I easily found them and I also managed to manipulate them by changing the database.
..but be careful, this ist not the way it should be done, but in this case it led me to the idea that there MUST be a CMD to deal with custom buttons.

...and voila, looking at the Command-Line-Reference I found it:

You have to go to your psa/bin directory (which in my case was /opt/psa/bin):

cd /opt/psa/bin

To see all defined buttons you have to execute:

./custombutton --list

To delete them use (in this example I remove ID 1, 7 and 9):

./custombutton --remove 1,7,9

That's it. Wasn't it easy?

Regards, Harry.

Thanks Harry. I've experienced the same problem in the past --- lots and lots of the same custom button appearing in a subscription that should have no custom buttons at all.

Thank you for providing the solution, but I have a question:

In the screen shot of the multiple buttons you provided (NOT OK), did each button have a different ID? How could you tell which ID related to which button?
