Issue Custom provider Amazon S3 backup

Hello,

we have tried to use external storage for our backups but encoutered an issue when trying to configure connection. After putting all the data we get:

Unable to check bucket and directory existence. Make sure you are using correct IAM policy (405 Method Not Allowed (Request-ID: 647e0209:188b96d0ca5:10039d:1bc19)).

I tried to add region in Panel.ini editor but that does not help. All the information I found about it are only about error 400 not 405. Storage is working fine with other backup applications like Updraft Plus but not with Plesk.

I have searched for some time how to fix it but didn't find the cause. I will appreciate all the help.
