Custom vhost Template

Where does Plesk generate the template for the vhost files at? I'm using Plesk as an application service provider for an application which I need to alias a path everytime I setup a new customer.

Also, anyone know how I would go about creating a new hosting account, by passing Plesk entirely? The purpose is so that I can offer a trial demo of the services.
