• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Hello...

I have 1 Customer with more than 50 domains...
How can this domains simple disappeared?
The domains are in their patch normally.. but don't appear in Plesk..
Where can I solve this

Try to click 'Show all' - button. Probably you have typed mask in search field.

Nop

I'll try to explain again..

in psa database, table domains.
Where???
Disappeared ;)

Understand?

Hello

first of all of look into vhosts folder and check for these domains folders are in the place

If U've found that they gone even from vhosts then that means your customer simply deleted them. Anyway you could check for this in Control Panel Action Log.

If domains are in vhosts:
- Check hosting table in psa DB
- try to start "%plesk_bin%\websrvmng" --reconfigure-all

Well I found a alternative solution because I have a backup from psa table.. I will restore

Customer doesn't deleted the domains... simple disappeared.. I will not understand how this things happen in Plesk hehehe

but.. talk to me where can I find the Plesk Actions Logs? :)

you could find Action Log in 'Plesk CP' -> 'Server' -> 'Action Log' -> download

tnks

Thanks Steven!

I'll continue to restore database...
tks to all that helps in this forum :D
