Resolved Customers unable to create subdomains

H9k

Regular Pleskian
Hi there!
I am running the latest Plesk 17.5 on Ubuntu 16.04, and customers are unable to create subdomains.
If they try, they get this error:

Error: Unable to create a domain: there are no available PHP handlers.

However, I am able, when logged in as admin, to create subdomains for them without problems.
I have the following PHP handlers activated in Plesk:
  • 5.6 FastCGI
  • 5.6 FPM
  • 7.0 OS vendor FastCGI
  • 7.0 OS vendor FPM
  • 7.0 FastCGI
  • 7.0 FPM
  • 7.1 FastCGI
  • 7.1 FPM
I found this article: Cannot create subdomain: there are no available PHP handlers however it is related to Plesk for Windows.

What can I do to fix this problem?

Please contact Plesk Support Team and you will get fast resolution of this issue, or submit detailed request to Reports and I will forward it to developers for the further investigation.
