• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

customizing plesk panel for customer

hello,
I'm using Parallels Plesk Panel 9.3.0 for Linux/unix.

I would like to change the left menu entries for customers. For that purpose i changed the 'home page presets' for 'Default Client Home Page' in order to remove e.g. the applications and email entries. (interface - skins)

After i'm logged in with customer credentials i have all app and email properties removed from the desktop but they are still visible in the left main menu:

Main Menu
Home
Domains
Mail
Applications

How can i remove the entries there?

Try to read 'Workarounds' thread on this Plesk for Linux forum. You will find solution there.

I found related entry in workarounds ''Applications' in the left Main Menu' only. Unfortunetaly this doesn't help since i would like to remove the email and app links in the menu.

Hi,

How about

How to remove them?

We have already submitted feature request about left pane customization. I hope it will be implemented to the one of next Plesk updates.
