    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS.

Would anyone be so kind as to inform me how I can get my clients database(s) viewable and thus editable within the PLESK control panel?

I know of several clients that have MySql databases, however when I pull up their accounts on the control panel, proceed to the databases icon, the databases do not show up.
