Issue Database performance in Almalinux(?)

I set up a new web server in another country for a couple of my WordPress websites, I noticed a slight lag when transferring the homepages and testing. I did a WordPress Benchmark and for some reason the "Importing large amount of data to database" score is low with the new server.

There is another server with a similar configuration and there is no such problem. What could be the reason and how to solve it?
