Hi

I have Parallels Plesk Panel 10.0.1 on VPS(Linux) and last time, I logged in to have backup of database, mysql(phpmyadmin), it was fine.
But after 3 weeks, when I logged in, database is not displayed under Tools & Utilities > Database servers.
Its just says (0).
The sites on the server are still running fine so database is there, just not appeared on Plesk Panel.

Anyone knows the solution for this issue??

Thanks

I still cannot solve the issue listed above, but with further investigation I noticed the service status for mysql is stopped and cannot start by hitting 'start service' but not showing any error.
Is this related to the issue above??
Websites are still running fine, I just cannot access to mysql server as it's not appeared on plesk panel.
Any idea?

Did you try to check status of MySQL server via CLI?

No. Could you tell me what is the command to check the status?

Thanks

You should use this command in console when you login to server as root via ssh. Contact Support Team if you are not familiar with command line interface (CLI).
