db error while accessing horde in plesk 10.3 + windows

Hello All,

I have tried the kb link " http://kb.parallels.com/1356 " and the error shows in the horde error log is the first one mentioned in the kb. I am not able to access the horde database using the credentials specified in the conf file.

i am little confused here, where we can find out the horde database ( folder location ) and how we can access the mysql prompt as admin user. If both horde user and database are missing what we do ? , is it possible to re install the horde package from our end ?
