Please help me, I'm noob :'(

mariadb start, restart, stop and etc cannot repair it,

[redacted] web in this server and manymore database connection failed, space used under 10%

The error Could not open mysql.plugin table:.... shown in your screenshot indicates that the mysql database or possibly corrupted. There is an knowledge base article that describes this a possible resolution:
