Hi.
Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this recurring error?
DB query failed: SQLSTATE[HY000]: General error: 1034 Index for table 'log_actions' is corrupt
I have tried the Repair Kit, but the issue still remains?

What I can recommend is to try running a manual repair as described here. Before you do, please make sure you have a server snapshot as this might result in data loss.

That depends on your server provider. Please check their documentation, they would most definitely have a guide on how to create one.
