DB Webadmin doesn't open

Hello!

I have a problem!
Since yesterday, i have a www.strato.de vServer with Parallels Plesk 9.5
i would like switch the database from my old server to my new.... but the database webadmin window doesn't open, if I click on it. whats wrong? :(

I have a "local DB" on the server, i have a database main user, but the window doesn't open. plesk is loading, but switch everytime to the screen, what you see at the picture.


can you help me, please? :)
