DB WebAdmin returns Acces Denied

I got the following when people want to access phpMyAdmin via Plesk.

The problem exists with every domain and every database.

My Plesk system is completely up-to-date.

Everything seems to be right.

phpMyAdmin tried to connect to the MySQL server, and the server rejected the connection. You should check the host, username and password in config.inc.php and make sure that they correspond to the information given by the administrator of the MySQL server.

Server not responding

I upgraded Dr WEb Anti-virus (v 8.0.1) and now the server is DEAD. When reboot, Plesk will not reload or start. I'm running Red Hat FC2. Have tried everything, but can't access the server, even on site.

It seems that SPAM-D is generating 1000's of emails and crashing the server. Have turned off Dr Web, QMAIL, SPAM ASASSIN, but it is still crashing. Ideas????
