Resolved Debian 10 or Ubuntu 20.04

For a new VPS, is it better to choose Plesk Obsidian with Debian 10 or Ubuntu 20.04?

Hello (apologies for posting here - the system will not allow new posts ("Please select a prefix")...

It would appear the time has come to upgrade my OS. (I am running Debian 9.13). The plan is to perform a fresh OS install on the VPS and restore my Plesk content and configuration via a backup file. Is this the best way to proceed? (My Plesk subscription is managed by my host). The host offers a reinstall with Debian 10, Centos 8, Ubuntu 20.x. Is one better than another?
