Debian 3.1 plesk autoinstaller problem

I'm getting the following error

error while loading shared libraries: libcurl.so.3: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory

This is a fresh debian 3.1 system with no packages installed.

Should I install AMP or at least php first?

nevermind, i just need to install libraryl3
