  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
    If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.

Debian 8 / 8.1 and Plesk-Installer

Hi Plesk-Team and community.

As mentioned in the release notes Debian 8 is now supported.
12.1.26 [6 July 2015]
[+] Debian 8 and dist-upgrade from Debian 7 to Debian 8 are supported.

But sadly the plesk-installer.sh didn´t support it. Has anyone tried it already?

First i thought it could be the 8.1 version of Debian is the problem, but even editing the /etc/debian_version and tests with 8.0 / 8 still fails.
