default .php mapping issue

my server was running really sluggish, and in an effort to remedy this, i accidentally deleted the mapping for .php files. i now get a "the page cannot be displayed" error when i try to access plesk.

could anybody share with me their default settings for .php mapping? and any security things etc that they have to have set?

is there some kind of repair file i could run?

the file extension mapping is configured via admin tools->iis->web sites->properties->home directory->configuration.

this is a big problem! and i have over 400 domains hosted with plesk control panel, and i do not want to have to reconfigure them all again.

additional info:
i have 3 copies of php.exe on my server... in:
c:/pleskdir/additional/php/
c:/pleskdir/additional/pleskphp5/
c:/pleskdir/additional/php/cli
c:/pleskdir/admin/bin/

also php5isapi.dll - does this need mapping also?

using the php 5 for iis install instructions that came with the server, i got it back up (for my websites).

BUT

plesk will not work. when i go to the plesk page https://208.109.49.208:8443/
i get a "problem loading page" error. =/

any ideas?
