Delete web content and logs without deleting domain

Hello all.
Sometimes, customers that have hosted a domain and a web site wants to pass to a park domain status.
If i change to "not hosting" feature, website dissapears but in the hard disk remain logs and website content
Is there any way to delete web content and logs, preserving mailboxes and, of course Subscription and domain?
I sometimes do a copy of the subscription folders structure and rename as <domain>.original and when change status to parking, delete the existent folders and rename "original" structure but....

As possible solution you can use some special script for performing these actions for Event Manager and corresponding Event like "Domain status updated" or something else more convenient for your purpose.
