Hi,

we have some problems on all servers with plesk 6.5 (Windows 2003)

With all Mails which over PHp to be sent (e.g. the order from a
Webshop) is missing each to 1024 indications.
Someone has the same problem - or can someone help. We already examined all possibilities.

All other Mails (e.g. Webmail) is correctly sent

From your post I'm not sure exactly what the problem is, can you explain the error in more detail?

Hi,

i give you more details:

On our webserver with plesk 6.5.2 we have hosted a onlineshop from our coustumer.

On this shop we will generate a responsemail to the customer.

In this mail we will write all shoppingdetails and the billing
information for this purchase.

Now, in the generated mail (the shop is programmed in PHP) we will have a error.

The system will deleted all 1024 Bytes one indication.

The costumer received now a email with wrong data (e.g. incorrect price because the comma is missing; or the number of the banking account for the payment is incorrect because one number is missing, or other failure becaus one indication ist failed).

We have tested this problem of all our windows server 2003 with plesk 6.5.2.

The result is:

1.The problem is on all systems with Plesk 6.5.2
2.The problem is not situated in the shop programming - a single test gives the same error
3.It will be deleted every 1024 Bytes
4.the problem arises only with mailscripts with php
5.webmail works correctly
6. all other mailtransfer (with client programs from the user) works correctly

We will tink, the problem is on the PHP-Version.
Can I update this version without plesk?
