Deleted client in IIS -very stupid!-

I deleted a client(test purposes) in IIS. Now (of-course) I can not delete this client in Plesk anymore.
Otherwise I would leave it like this, but, I have given this client an exclusive IP, so i really need to delte this client to be able to use this IP again...

Can I do this manually??
