  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Issue Deleting Attachments

GlenRoss

New Pleskian
Hello,

First post here (please be gentle with me).

Not even sure this is the correct forum and hopefully someone will advise me, if not. If it is, hopefully someone can help solve my issue.

I am using Horde version 5.2.22 and wish to delete some large attachments from emails I have received (having downloaded and saved the attachments to my hard drive), whilst retaining the email, itself.

In the [Preferences] - [Mail] - [Viewing] options, I have enabled the [Allow attachments to be stripped from messages] option and had expected to see a Trash-Can option alongside the [View] and [Download] icons, but such is not displayed.

I have tried logging out and logging back in again, but still see no option to "strip" an attachment.

What am I doing wrong, please?

Many thanks and kind regards.

Glen
