I downloaded plesk 9.3.0 and installed it on windows server, I created the one domain without any problems but the problem with me is that after I created it, I can access the ftp but not the http, it doesn't open the index.html under the website, I checked the virtual directory under the iis and found it not running and when tried to start it, I found that it is under the control of another process that prevents it from being started.
Please Help on that
