Issue Website was not working fine

Hello Support,

We have installed the sitepro in our server and when we click the site pro website builder under the customer control panel, it was not redirecting to the expected page as to choose theme and others instead of that it shows the other page.

We have checked the header and attached the screenshot for your reference. Kindly have a check.

FYI, when we click Demo under the page, it redirecting to the actual page.

Hello, @Thomas Oryon . I would suggest checking the configuration of the website and the .htaccess file. To me, that sounds more like a website configuration issue rather than something Plesk-related. Please note that Site.pro is a third-party website builder and it might be better to consider getting in touch with their support.
