Question Deny login with root

WhiteTiger

Basic Pleskian
Server operating system version
Ubuntu 24.04.2 LTS
Plesk version and microupdate number
18.0.70 #1
Plesk was initially created by the ISP with the root user.
After the first login, in "Profile & Preference" I changed the username and enabled MFA.
Now with this user I can log in to Plesk, but I can still log in with the root user; after that, if I then go to "Profile & Preference" I see the profile with the new username.

I then created a second administration user, also using MFA.
However, I noticed that in the MFA users account there is always only one user, the one I did not log in with.
In other words:
  • If I log in as User1, I use MFA1 and in the MFA accounts I see User2
  • If I log in as User2, I use MFA2 and in the MFA accounts I see User1
  • If I log in as root, I do not use MFA and in the MFA accounts I see User2

I want to disable root access.
At SSH level I already did it from the first moment.
