• Debian 11 is approaching its end-of-life (vendor EOL date - August 31, 2026). Plesk Obsidian 18.0.80 will be the last release to support it.
If you are running Plesk Obsidian on Debian 11, we recommend you upgrade those servers to Debian 12 using our dist-upgrade tool.
  • We plan to deprecate and remove the support for XML RPC protocol versions earlier than 1.6.9.1 in Plesk Obsidian 18.0.82. We strongly recommend that you update all existing integrations using earlier versions of the XML RPC protocol to comply with the version 1.6.9.1 specification.

Dev to Live

I'm gonna start working on a dev using a subdomain with some applications installed via plesk and when I'm when done I'll want to move it all to the live site i.e. the main domain, does anyone have any experience of doing this and knows what the best way to achieve this is ? ?

Will I just have to install the applications again in the live site and then point at/copy the data from the dev site and any files that have been uploaded

I think that the better way would be creating and testing domain, but not subdomain on dev environment and then just migrate it to live environment. There is no possibility for migration subdomain to destination Plesk server as domain.
