Development license key not working

I just download the latest development license key but its not working

Downloaded from

http://www.parallels.com/r/licenses/ptn-dl--ppcp-lnx-8.x.zip

Get

Error: Uploaded file is invalid: The uploaded .zip file does not contain key file

When I uplaod it to Plesk (8.6 on centos52)

Anyone else have this problem? I've tried downloading it in different browsers etc but it appears that the key is no use.

it worked by extracting the zip, but it used to work uploading the zip directly - or I thought it did, this may be nothing more than different zip/rar software on the PC Im using maybe
