Question Difference Between Amazon S3 Free and Paid

Hello All,

So, my question is as the title says, I cannot see the difference.
I know it states :

• Ability to store scheduled subscription's backups in a remote cloud storage.

But yet, am able to remotely store scheduled backups.. from the server as whole..

Does it mean that each individual customer inside Plesk can store scheduled backup in remote cloud storage ? (And storing to cloud storage is free for whole server ? even with schedule?)
