Question Difference between backup server and website

Hello,
I would like to create a complete backup of my website and its contents, including the database.
Now there is the possibility via "websites & domains / backup manager" or via "Tools & Settings / Backup"
What is the different? Ist die Sicherung der Datenbank beinhaltet oder sollte ich diese separat sichern?

Files and databases can be either included or excluded both or neither. If you check the "Files and databases" checkbox in the backup configuration, all files and all databases of the subscription will be included in the backup.

There is only one backup manager. It does not matter which one you use. However, there might be two buttons, one to backup the account content only and one to backup the account configuration (like login name etc.) plus its content.
