• Our team is looking to connect with folks who use email services provided by Plesk, or a premium service. If you'd like to be part of the discovery process and share your experiences, we invite you to complete this short screening survey. If your responses match the persona we are looking for, you'll receive a link to schedule a call at your convenience. We look forward to hearing from you!
  • The BIND DNS server has already been deprecated and removed from Plesk for Windows.
If a Plesk for Windows server is still using BIND, the upgrade to Plesk Obsidian 18.0.70 will be unavailable until the administrator switches the DNS server to Microsoft DNS. We strongly recommend transitioning to Microsoft DNS within the next 6 weeks, before the Plesk 18.0.70 release.
  • The Horde component is removed from Plesk Installer. We recommend switching to another webmail software supported in Plesk.

Resolved Different HSTS status with www. and .com domains

Dukemaster

Regular Pleskian
Hi,
since a few days I have in different output on Qualys SSL Labs between domains with www. plus ending .eu, .de and domains with www. together with .com.
When I make tests for all domains on HTTP/2 Test | A simple HTTP/2.0 test tool I get the result HSTS plus ALPN activated!
When I test the domains on ssllabs. all domains without www. have grade A+.
But domains with ending .eu and .de testing together with www. get only grade A and blue box HSTS is on detail site not visible.
But the .com domains have grade A+ no matter if I test them with .www or without .www.
It seems crazy, but it's like a rule.
I have 3 .eu domains, 2 .de, and 4 .com domains on the server. All have the same IPv4 and IPv6, except one .com domain which has a dedicated IPv4, but the same IPv6 like the others.
What is wrong?
Ubuntu 16.04, Plesk 17.5.3, Apache (event) with Nginx as proxy which serve static files, PHP 7.1.4 with FPM over Apache. MySQL 5.7

Hi Dukemaster,

pls. note, that your issue/error/problem/question is absolutely not related to any Plesk product or component. For non-Plesk - related issues/errors/problems/questions, we have the "OPEN TOPICS" - forum:

In addition, you provide informations with screenshots from Qualys SSL Labs, which will never ever lead to possible investigations. (Sub)Domain - specific vhosts - configuration - files could help here to investigate your desribed issue and the related questions. I still don't want to miss to inform you, that IF you use the very same vhosts - configuration, you should consider to ask for support at the Qualys SSL Labs - Community forum, in order to get help for your issue ;) :

Thanks a lot for the advice @UFHH01 but sorry I'm no moderator nor admin of Plesk Community so I'm not able to move the thread to another location. But before investigating further I'm fully satisfied that between the lines you told me that it seems nothing to do with Plesk. That's enough for the moment. :)
Lots of greets and a happy holiday to everyone.
